  • Full service Concierge – Your Blue Ridge area expert, ready to help with reservations, tickets, transportation, and pre arranged activities on or off the resort, and anything else your imagination can come up with.
  • Personalized Spa Treatments – In the privacy of your estate home or in the Wellness Center, enjoy a full menu of lavish spa treatments designed to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul.
  • Personalized Linens- A Nature’s Estates Signature Service is available to “Legacy” owners at no additional cost. Ultra high thread count linens are embroidered with your family name and prepared for your arrival with each visit to your home.
  • Full Maid Service – Homes are meticulously cleaned before arrival and a mid week tidy service for as long as your stay lasts, all included. Daily maid service is available at an extra charge.
  • eConcierge – Available to all owners, allows you to pre order over the internet from a list of pantry items that you would like to have pre-stocked before your arrival. This is great for late night arrivals.
  • Catering services - The smallest gathering to the largest celebration or business meeting can be prearranged and catered to your personal needs.
  • Owner services – Your direct contact for questions about reservations, closings, ownership privileges and more.
