What’s Happening

Construction is well underway on our 14,000 sq. ft. Grand Clubhouse & Spa. The Clubhouse plans to be a gathering place for our owners to relax in the lounge, go for a dip in the heated pool or pamper yourself with a rejuvenating massage after a work out in the state of the fitness center. The custom design and strict attention to every detail are what will make this a special place for our owners and guests.

The Equestrian Center is almost complete! It will feature 15 stalls and will be home to the famous Gypsy Vanner Horses as well as some other breeds. To read more about these beautifully graceful creatures and view photos go to our special section on the Gypsy Vanners.

The first phase roads are complete and paved and our onsite sales office will be opening soon! However if you would like an opportunity to lock in opening pricing ( which will not last long) on one these magnificent homes we are accepting Priority Reservations and will secure inventory with a small deposit of $1500.00 which is refundable at any time before the actual purchase agreement is in place.
