The Heritage Collection - Conceived to gratify, with spaciousness and multiple outdoor living spaces in a uncompromising union between Nature and luxury provides an affordable alternative to owning a traditional second mountain home. Each Heritage includes 4 bedrooms, flat screen televisions, masters private Jacuzzi as well as a second Jacuzzi for family, multiple fireplaces, outdoor decks with gas grills, and two car garages. The Heritage collection is available in 1/12th interests.

The Legacy – Designed for our most discerning owners promises to be a mountainside masterpiece with dramatic views and the largest and most private of our collection. From the private gated entryway to personalized linens the Legacy Collection is a vision of the ultimate ambience for a luxury retreat where tension eases; stress disappears, and cares drift away. Entering your Legacy home featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 complete master suites and an open design is an inspiring experience in itself. Feel it inviting you to entertain family and guests and experience togetherness at new heights. This design is very limited and exclusive. Each Legacy home will be limited to a maximum of only 6 owners with 1/6th interests.
Both the Legacy and the Heritage collection will have access to membership in The Preferred Residence Exchange Program giving them access to other luxury properties around the world.
